Allgemeine verkaufsbedingungen

Die Waren bleiben unser Eigentum bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung.

Es wird keine Beanstandung mehr nach über acht Tagen nach der Lieferung akzeptiert.

Die Steuern, die auf die Waren erhoben werden, sind zu Lasten des Käufers.

Die Waren reisen, auch wenn sie frei Haus geliefert werden, auf Risiko und Gefahr des Empfängers.

Die Lieferfristen sind annähernde Angaben. Verspätungen bei Lieferungen rechtfertigen keine Entschädigung.

Wir lehnen sämtliche Bedingungen ab, die in den Unterlagen unserer Kunden stehen. Nur unsere Bedingungen finden Anwendung.

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, jede Bestellung zu fakturieren, sobald sie bei uns fertig ist und sobald die Lieferfrist, die zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung vorgesehen ist, abgelaufen ist.

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, selbst nach partieller Erfüllung eines Auftrages, vom Käufer eine Garantie für die problemlose Erfüllung seiner Verpflichtungen zu verlangen. Wird diese Bedingung nicht erfüllt, dürfen wir den gesamten Auftrag oder gegebenenfalls den Teil des Auftrags, der noch aussteht, annullieren bzw. jede Auftragserfüllung verweigern.

Zahlungsbedingungen: Je nach den Bestimmungen und Bedingungen unseres Angebotes und der Rechnung wird auf unbezahlte fällige Rechnungen von Rechts wegen ein Zinssatz von 1,5 % monatlich sowie eine Entschädigung von 15 % der Restschuld, mindestens 25 €, von Rechts wegen und ohne vorhergehende Mahnung erhoben.

Im Streitfalle sind einzig und allein die Vervierser Gerichte zuständig.
