No claims will be accepted beyond 8 days after the delivery date.
Any taxes applicable on the merchandise are payable by the purchaser.
The merchandise, even though delivered free, travels at the addressee's risk.
Delivery lead times are approximate. Delay in delivery does not justify any compensation.
We decline any conditions appearing on documents issued by our clients, as only our conditions apply.
We reserve the right to invoice any order as soon as it is ready in our workshops and as soon as the delivery lead time forecast at the time of the order has passed.
We reserve the right, even after partial performance of a contract, to demand from the purchaser a guarantee of the proper execution of their commitments. Refusal to meet this condition gives us the right to cancel the whole contract or, where necessary, the remaining part of the contract that has not yet been performed and, in any case, to suspend any performance of the contract.
Payment conditions: according to the stipulations indicated in our offer and on the invoice, invoices that are unpaid on their due date carry as of right an interest of 1.5 % per month.
